Priyadarsini Govind is one of the foremost Bharatanatyam dancers in the world. A dancer known for her adherence to tradition, Priyadarsini seamlessly blends new with the traditional, thereby gently redefining the boundaries of Bharatnatyam, through her work as a performer, educator and administrator.
Through this metaverse, I invite you into my journey of over Five decades in dance ; my training, my practise, my learnings, my lineage, my creative explorations and a world that keeps growing with every new project and venture. I hope that within this world, you will not merely observe, but walk alongside me in this journey, that is larger than the artiste and the audience.

In the theatre of this metaverse, we are showing some very special dance based films. The first of these is - Yavanika - that was conceived and created during the pandemic. Yavanika brings together dance, with my love of movies and film making. You also have available for viewing - Natyanubhava, a film on dance in which I have performed; and a special documentary on my Guru - Kalanidhi Narayanan.

Learning Ladder is a unique methodology that allows a student to approach and learn abhinaya in a logical, consistent, step-by-step way through its fundamental building blocks. It is an online learning program based on a robust pedagogy developed by Priyadarsini Govind through her decades of experience as a practitioner of abhinaya. It provides any young person the tools to not only improve their communication as an artist, but also gives them a structured foundation to practice, perform as well as teach the craft.
